The insulation of the prefabricated cold storage mainly consists of insulated wall panels (walls), top plates (patio panels), bottom plates, doors, support plates, and bases. They are assembled and fixed through special structural hooks to ensure good insulation and airtightness of the cold storage.
The cold storage door should not only be able to open flexibly, but also be tightly closed and reliable in use. In addition, the wooden components inside the cold storage door should be treated with dry and anti-corrosion treatment; The cold storage door should be equipped with locks and handles, and also have a safety unlocking device; Electric heaters with a voltage below 24V should be installed on the door frame of the low-temperature cold storage room to prevent condensation and condensation.
